1. How much will it cost?
Every web design project is different. Every web design project will require the employment of different services and different experts. Each service, based on the project scope will be carefully estimated and priced accordingly. There is no flat-fee per page, it all depends on what each client needs. However you should keep in mind that just because your project is seemingly big, it could still be relatively inexpensive. And even if your project is small, it could still be more costly than a "larger" site. In other words, if you are looking at a social networking site, although it may only contain a few pages at first, that would probably cost more to develop than a 100 page site with just simple static pages and an overall design. When you submit your project requirements, we will look at your overall needs and provide you with an exact quote quickly.
2. How long will it take?
That also depends on the scope and type of project. However, your project overall time is not always driven by time spent in production alone. Some projects have special requirements that will take time to plan and research a strategy. The number of hours a project takes will not always translate directly into the number of workdays to complete the project. In other words, if a project is estimated at 20 hours of production, this does not mean that it will be finished within 2-3 business days. When you submit your project requirements, we will look at your overall needs and provide you with an exact quote quickly.
3. What other steps do I need to take? Any other requirements?
This also depends on the type of site you are creating. For instance, e-commerce site will obviously need some sort of payment gateway set up that you would need to set up. If you currently have the domain registered that you'd like to use for the web site or application, you'll need to set up the DNS for that domain with information we provide. You will need hosting for your site. If you currently have a hosting plan, we'll need to assess whether or not that your current hosting plan will support the application you want to build, if not, we can make recommendations for you or, you can host your application with out partner, Zerigo.
4. What about hosting?
You can use your own hosting plan, or you can let us take care of the hosting for you. You'll always be in control of the hosting account and you can move your application to another host anytime you wish. We can also provide assistance in deploying your site on another system.
